Oops, Wrong Train (Friday, 8-14-09)
Stepped over to 7th avenue friday morning to grab the B, had to meet up with friend at west 4th. Unfortunately there was an old Q masquerading as a B. By the time I noticed I was walking from Union Sq.

BLEECHHHHHHHH (Friday, 12-19-08)
Gross, slushy, sleety, trip to midtown. Fall was taking one last opportunity to shit all over us.
Had to let the 1st train go at 53rd 5th ave station, said goodbye to these folks waiting for V as I boarded the E.
One stop to catch Brooklyn train at 7th ave.
Two Russian ladies talking. Thought her hat was gonna birth Mothra. It had sparklies on it too...
At 4pm B car already packed with platforms running deep, people fleeing the inclement yet
not disaster movie weather.
Things, as usual mellower on the R.

Muggy Morning (Wednesday, 12-10-08)
Don't know why this woman at 7th ave was wearing all that gear, it was fuckin' 62. Igot sweat pits just drawing her.
Crowd on tehe B til Dekalb.
It cleared out for teh ride across teh bridge and everyone got comfortable.
Just reading a book, alhough I got the impression he may have actually been plotting evil schemes of world domination.

Bad News for the B (Wednesday, 10-29-08)
Got down to 7th ave platform and could tell tehre was trouble. The usually placid station was 5 or 6 deep with sour faced straphangers. A few trains went by before anyone managed to squeeze in. After teh woman below moved off, I couldn't get into anyone else. On train it was sardine city and I couldn't get against the door, so I just put on angry punk rock and bore teh trip.

Waiting a While at 7th Ave (Tuesday, 10-14-08)
Waiting for the train at 7th Av I was wondering where she was going to work. Somewhere on teh Q I guess, I was stuck waiting for the B.
Still waiting started in on these guyys, guy on left was unfortunately kind of fidgety but cap and glasses dude was nice and still until the B arrived.
And of course after such a wait teh B was a flowing mass of humanity all stretching up to grab something to hold on to.

Trenchcoat Days are Here Again (Monday, 9-22-08)
Lamenting the disappearing summer demonstrated by the appearance of a trenchcoat on the platform of the 7th ave station.
Trenchcoat lady in front of curly mcgrimace on the B.
Slumped over man was a good draw, but his back and forth shifting was making drawing the woman behind him difficult and made her relationship to her reflection tenuous at best.

School Registration and Long Ride Back on the F (Wednesday, 7-2-08)
Another morning ride on the R with the Griff to Union st to register for Kindergarten.
After a difficult drop off at camp in the park grabbed the F at 7th Ave.
She was staring at me for a while which was unnerving. I guess I know how she felt. I need invisibility power.
Young woman with bleached hair showing off her collar bones.
Family trip on the F, there were some extended family members sprinkled around the car.

Get the F@#! OUTTA MY WAY!...im trying to draw (Monday, 4-28-08)
Rode home on the 1-3 combo from 50th St. and 7th Ave. For some reason whenever I started something, invariably someone would hop right in the way. Who says New Yorkers aren't rude anymore...
Waiting at 50th st for the 1.
Switched Up at 40Deuce Times Square for the 3. Started drawing the lady in the burbery hat, and der, this guy lanks in right in front of me, totally oblivious to the fact that art is happening.
Finally got a small window of clear shot. The big guy on the right hulked over teh 2 women in a size contrast that reminded me of old marvel comics covers - like the Thing and MRS. FANTASTIC.
This guy was geting real serious with his book while young woman next to him was banging around with her PSP...

Riding Home Down 7th Ave (Monday, 1-28-08)
Shuttle-2 Train combo home as I had to deal with street cleaning rules...
It was late, so I had a bit more than the usual 20 seconds on the Shuttle to Times Sq. The pole was really leading to some distortion on this lady.
This was actually a composite of 2 girls, one got off after a few seconds, but was luckily replaced by another quickly.
Started drawing woman on the left, but she bolted next stop. Continued with girl on right and then she jumped ship the following one, although I think she was trying to pose for me while she was still there. She tried to catch a peak over my shoulder as she exited.
This lady was really into her book and seriously macking on her Jamba Juice
